Included are the Cable modem and 1 Ethernet cable. An Ethernet card is required to connect to the Cable modem. Ethernet cards can be purchased from TenBase Inc. for a one-time charge of $15.

An additional dial-up account can be purchased for an extra $5.00 per month for 10 hours of access. Overtime is billed at $1.00 per hour.

No charge dial-up will be provided if a Cable connection fails. Dial-up access will remain activated at no charge until the Cable connection is repaired.

Customers who exceed their data transfer rate will be given one warning, if abusive data transfer continues, their service will be disconnected. This is to ensure high quality service for all customers.
